V-tech Environmental Services, a locally owned business in Lubbock, has recently returned from New Orleans after fourteen months of assisting in the clean-up efforts following Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. V-tech was contracted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to perform environmental consulting and recovery of abandoned cylinders and containers.
EPA Announces Changes to Hazardous Waste Manifest
Sep 26, 2006The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced changes to the uniform hazardous waste manifest form and the continuation sheet. Starting September 5, 2006, the new Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest must be used for all hazardous waste shipments.
